OPQ32 - the Occupational Personality Questionnaire is the global leading personality tool. The OPQ assesses preferred work behaviours and personality and identifies potential strengths and weaknesses. The Emotional and Social Competency report explores how a person is able to apply and control their own emotions and manage their relationships with other people. It also provides insights about understanding others’ emotions and their perspectives, and their capacity to display empathy and flexibility.

This OPQ report is intended to be used as a developmental tool. The potential strengths and weaknesses are explored through key themes including: Self-Awareness, Self-Regulation, Motivation, Empathy and Social Skills.  This OPQ report should be used as the basis of a development discussion with the individual.
