The is an exercise for junior management and supervisor level. It simulates a realistic business situation where the candidate has to handle business information and identify the issues and make recommendations. The exercises are designed so that it can effectively differentiate the candidate’'s performance. Typically, four key areas are measured and strengths and development areas for each competency can be given based on the individual’s performance: ~ Influence/ written communication ~ Planning and organising ~ Data analysis/ interpretation ~ Judgement/ decisiveness.
