Online Analysis Exercise - Report

An online exercise for junior management and supervisor level. It simulates a realistic business situation where the candidate has to handle business information and identify the issues and make recommendations. The exercise is designed so that it can effectively differentiate the candidate’s performance. Typically, 4 – 6 key competencies are measured and strengths and development areas for each competency can be given based on the candidate’s performance. Examples of competences are: ~ Decisiveness ~ Initiative ~ Judgement ~ Planning & Organising ~ Problem Analysis.
