OPQ is the global leading personality tool. The OPQ assesses preferred work behaviours and personality and identifies potential strengths and weaknesses. The Universal Competency Report is based on the Universal Competency Framework (UCF). The report provides a graphical outline for each competency, summarising aspects of the candidate’s personality which may impact (positively or negatively) on each competency. The report compares the individual against a large group of graduates and therefore supports the individual to continue to improve their management and leadership behaviours. This report should be used as the basis of a development discussion with the individual.
