OPQ32 is the global leading personality tool. The OPQ assesses preferred work behaviours and personality and identifies potential strengths and weaknesses. The Emotional Intelligence report explores how a person is able to apply and control their own emotions and manage their relationships with other people. It also provides insights about understanding others’ emotions and their perspectives, displaying empathy and flexibility. This report is intended to be used as a developmental tool. The potential strengths and weaknesses are explored through two key themes, with each covering two main competencies: MANAGING FEELINGS: ~Feelings and Emotions ~Personal Insight MANAGING RELATIONSHIPS: ~Empathy ~Social Ease The report compares the individual against a large group of graduates. This report should be used as the basis of a development discussion with the individual.
