The Watson Glaser critical thinking appraisal test is a useful tool for measuring critical thinking skills and predicting performance in work to assist with both selection and development interventions. The questions are business relevant and are divided into three sections, each of which measures a different aspect of critical thinking. Range of managerial norms available.  This short report provides a profile based on percentile scores.
