CEB-SHL Management Scenarios Test - Profile report to support the development of managers.

This Profile Report is available to those who have Test User: Ability (or Level A) qualifications. Management Scenarios is a test of managerial judgement, measuring an individual'’s ability to weigh up real life managerial situations and identify appropriate and effective ways of handling them.

Scenarios is a powerful tool to support recruitment, development, and coaching by assessing managerial judgement. It comprises 16 management situations (or scenarios). For each situation there will be responses provided to deal with the situation. The individual rates each response according to the effectiveness or ineffectiveness of that response. The test is not strictly timed and typically takes 35 minutes to complete.

The Profile Report details the key results i.e. the overall managerial judgement score and three sub-test scores, and six Elements. The Elements should only be used to support development. The results are compared against a large group of managers and professional people. To access this Profile Report, you need to be trained to at least Test User: Ability (or Level A); otherwise you can purchase the Scenarios Report which has been interpreted, and if required, obtain professional support from one of our experienced consultants.
