The Maximising Your Learning report is designed to help people get the most out of their learning and development. The report summarises the preferred approach to learning across four dimensions (analytical/ intuitive, hands on/ observation). It also describes the practical implications of these approaches, summaries strengths/ development areas in relation to key work and learning activities and suggests activities to maximise learning. This report can be used effectively to support team development and we can support with development workshops. The focus is on harnessing team learning tools and moving individuals towards an actionable Development Plan.
