The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) is made available under supervision from highly experienced MBTI practitioners (typically Chartered Occupational Psychologists). The MBTI® is based on the work of Carl Jung and provides powerful insights into one’s thinking preferences and behaviours and also raises one’s awareness of others’ preferences and behaviours. Through achieving this raised awareness and enriched insight into preferences you are likely to be more true to yourself and have a greater potential to understand others better, and to work more effectively with them. To ensure that you get the most out of the report the service includes 45 minutes professional telephone support. This can be tailored to your specific needs. Note that this is Step I and individuals can progress on to Step II after this, if they wish. Quest can also run workshops and teambuilding events supported by MBTI.
