OPQ32 - the Occcupational Personality Questionnaire is the global leading personality tool. Specifically, in recruitment, the challenge is to assess and really understand your candidates in a short space of time. A personality report will quickly assess the candidates overall suitability for the job by assessing their work behaviours and personality and identifying strengths and weaknesses against the role requirements.
The OPQ Leadership Report uses the SHL Leadership Model that differentiates between management and leadership i.e. the distinction between transactional (focused on keeping the system running effectively) and transformational styles (focused on creating, developing or changing the system). Four Leadership Functions are explored: ~ Developing the Vision ~ Sharing the Goals ~ Gaining Support ~ Delivering Success. Each leadership function is associated with two competencies (one at transactional level and one at transformational level) based on the SHL Great Eight Competency.
The purchase of the OPQ Leadership Report also includes an OPQ Candidate Feedback Report which can be passed to the candidate once the recruitment process has been finalised. This is recommended, as it is good practice to provide feedback to candidates, and in doing so, will demonstrate your respect and support for them. Therefore, the two reports represent great value. Support is available from an experienced consultant if required to ensure that you get the most from these reports.
