16PF Questionnaire from OPP - Report & Consultation
The 16 Personality Factors Questionnaire (16PF®) defines our basic, underlying personality, without regard to how we apply it or the environment in which we apply it. It is proven to create a fairly accurate picture of someones personality. There are also multiple factors and therefore the combined approach of specific and multiple factors gives a more detailed understanding of personality. The 16 Personality Factors Questionnaire (16PF®) is a trait-based personality questionnaire developed and first published by Raymond Cattell back in 1949. Therefore, it is well established and well researched. Cattell applied scientific rigour in his approach, and unlike Freud or Jung, he did not have a theory of personality. Cattell's goal was to empirically determine and measure the essence of personality. Therefore, the questionnaire is based on factor analysis, and from this Cattell also derived five Global Factors which correspond fairly closely to the Big five personality traits. The report is supported by up to 30 minutes of professional telephone feedback to the recruiter.
